How do you ship your products?
We use a combination of Evri, DPD, and Royal Mail to ship our products. based on your shipping address, courier preferences, and budget.
The hampers and letterboxes are composed of sustainably sourced, 100% kerbside recyclable cardboard boxes.
What are the shipping options?

How do I keep track of my delivery?
After your order has left our fulfilment centre, your chosen courier's tracking page is the best place to get information about the status of the shipment and take action with regard to nominating safe spaces or neighbours.
Simply copy the tracking number in your order fulfilment email and paste it into the one of the above links to get up-to-date information regarding the status of your delivery.
Will my package always arrive the very next day if I choose a next-day service?
If you place your order before 10am Monday—Friday, we will fulfil it on the same-day, meaning your shipment should arrive the very day after for a truly next-day service.
Orders placed after 10am will be fulfilled the following morning, for receipt the day after that.
Most couriers define 'next-day' as a 1-2 day service. Orders to Ireland, the Channel Islands, and Scotland may take slightly longer than orders to Mainland UK addresses.
My order hasn't arrived when expected — what do I do?
We rely on couriers to operate according to their stated standards regarding delivery services.
If something isn't right, we're on your side, and will do everything in our power to correct the situation through the following means:
- Contacting the courier for delayed shipment updates
- Thoroughly investigating delays or missing shipments
- Arranging replacements, returns, or partial refunds where applicable
Can I cancel a shipment?
You are unable to cancel a shipment once it's been processed and dispatched.
However, you are entitled to a 100% refund for whatever reason, so long as you return the goods to us within 7 days of your order landing.
Can I send products to another address?
Absolutely, just enter your recipient's address in the shipping address field during checkout.
Double-check that any auto-fill settings didn't input your own address in the shipping address field without your awareness.
And please ensure you input precisely the correct address for your recipient to guarantee delivery success.
Gifting options
Can I send a product as a gift?
Absolutely! While these boxes are perfect for filling your cupboards with the best vegan products on the market, they also make fantastic gifts.
Accordingly, we have a number of gifting options to elevate your gifting experience, including Greeting Cards, Gift-Wrap, Full Gift Service, and Gift Cards.
What is the Greeting Card option?
For an additional £5, you can add a Greeting Card to your hamper or letterbox. This lets your recipient know who sent it, and allows you to include a personal message as part of your gift.
Simply add your message using the text box in the Order Notes section, and we’ll print it in our luxury greeting cards.
We then seal them in envelopes and package them inside the hamper or letterbox, to be discovered by your recipient upon opening the gift.
What is the Gift-Wrap option?
For an additional £7, you can add Gift-Wrap to your hamper or letterbox to disguise what’s inside and give your recipient a more beautiful and exciting unwrapping experience.
We use high-quality, fully recyclable Kraft gift wrapping paper adorned with a hessian ribbon to offer a classic present look.
We’ll send the wrapped hamper or letterbox inside an additional, unmarked outer box so it will arrive un-blemished from transit, and so the recipient won’t know what’s inside. They can simply open the outer box and take out the gift-wrapped hamper or letterbox to open immediately, or stash somewhere to be opened on a specific date.
What is the Full Gift Service option?
For an additional £9, you can add Full Gift Service to your hamper or letterbox, which is simply the combination of a Greeting Card and Gift-Wrap at £3 cheaper than the retail value of both options individually.
Select this option if you would like to send a fully Gift-Wrapped hamper or letterbox that includes a Greeting Card.
Can I send someone a Gift Card to use on the store?
You can indeed. We offer a range of Gift Cards with different values to help take the guess work out of gift-giving!
Simply select your desired value on the Gift Card page, and we’ll generate a digital code loaded with your chosen amount. Your recipient can then purchase one or multiple products from the store at no cost to them.
Do I HAVE to select a Gifting Option?
No, absolutely not.
If you want to enjoy a product all to yourself (and why not?) , simply select ‘None’ in the gifting options box on the product page and continue to checkout.

Will the products in the hampers change?
Absolutely!
We want our offerings to evolve alongside the exciting developments of the vegan product market, so yes!
We regularly update our assortments to include the hottest, most beloved, most convincing vegan snacks and treats based on new releases, community feedback, and product availability.
Will I always get what I see in the images?
We strongly believe you should get exactly what you pay for, and exactly what you expect given the product images and descriptions.
Accordingly, we make a considered effort to send only the products that you see and read about in the product images and descriptions.
In exceptionally rare circumstances, we may substitute an item if it's unexpectedly out of stock or damaged, in order to avoid delays in receiving your order. Any substitutions will be equal or greater retail value to the product they're replacing.
Can I suggest a product?
Suggest it, shout it from the rooftops, come to mvhHQ and write it on our foreheads.
