Gifting Options

  • Absolutely! While these boxes are perfect for filling your cupboards with the best vegan products on the market, they also make fantastic gifts.

    Accordingly, we have a number of gifting options to elevate your gifting experience, including Greeting Cards, Gift-Wrap, Full Gift Service, and Gift Cards.

  • For an additional £5, you can add a Greeting Card to your hamper or letterbox. This lets your recipient know who sent it, and allows you to include a personal message as part of your gift.

    Simply add your message using the text box on the checkout page, and we’ll print it in our square luxury greeting cards. We seal them in envelopes and package them inside the hamper or letterbox to be discovered by your recipient upon opening the gift.

  • For an additional £7, you can add Gift-Wrap to your hamper or letterbox to disguise what’s inside and give your recipient a more beautiful and exciting unwrapping experience.

    We use high-quality, fully recyclable Kraft git wrapping paper adorned with a hessian ribbon to offer a classic present look.

    We’ll send the wrapped hamper or letterbox inside an additional, unmarked outer box so it will arrive un-blemished from transit, and so the recipient won’t know what’s inside. They can simply open the outer box and take out the gift-wrapped hamper or letterbox to open immediately, or stash somewhere to be opened on a specific date.

  • For an additional £9, you can add Full Gift Service to your hamper or letterbox, which is simply the combination of a Greeting Card and Gift-Wrap.

    Select this option if you would like to send a fully gift-wrapped hamper or letterbox including a greeting card, at £3 cheaper than the retail value of both options individually.

  • You can indeed. We offer Gift Cards with a range of values to help take the guess work out of gift-giving!

    Simply select your desired value from the dropdown box on the Gift Card page, and we’ll send over a digital code loaded with your chosen amount. Your recipient can then purchase one or multiple products from the store at no cost to them.

  • No, absolutely not.

    If you want to enjoy a hamper all to yourself, simply select ‘None’ in the gifting options box on the product page and continue to checkout.

  • Our hamper boxes feature our name, so yes. If you’d prefer to send a hamper discreetly as a gift, simply add Gift-Wrap to your order and we’ll gorgeously wrap it in fully recyclable Kraft gift wrapping paper adorned with a hessian ribbon, packaged in an unmarked outer box. They’ll have no idea what’s inside until they open it!

Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship our hampers and letterboxes via a combination of couriers including DPD, Evri, and Royal Mail, depending on your preferences and intended shipping address. Mainland UK and Ireland addresses ship via DPD and Evri, British Island addresses (e.g. Guernsey) ship via DPD or Royal Mail.

    Hampers and letterboxes are composed of a sustainably-sourced, kerbside recyclable custom-printed box with open and close lid.

  • You can choose from the following shipping options depending on your intended shipping address and delivery timing preference:

  • After your order has left our fulfilment centre, your chosen courier is the best place to get information about the status of the shipment.

    To find out what’s happening with your delivery, copy the tracking code in your order fulfilment email under the ‘Order Summary’ section and paste it into the tracking page of your selected courier’s website to get the latest information regarding the status of your delivery.

  • If you order before the same-day fulfilment cut-off time of 10am from Monday to Saturday, we’re able to get it to our delivery partner who should be able to deliver the very next day.

    Orders placed after 10am will be fulfilled the following day, for receipt the day after that.

    Orders to Scotland and outside of mainland UK occasionally experience a one or two day delay.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot influence the timely delivery of your hamper once it’s left our fulfilment centre and is with your selected courier

    What we can do, though, is angrily complain on your behalf — let us know if it’s taking too long and we’ll investigate the issue and take any necessary actions to get your hamper to its rightful destination ASAP.

    Finally, we always encourage customers to select shipping services based on the provider they have the most trust in, and positive experiences with, as reliability of couriers varies based on location.

  • Why yes, they are! We are proud to exclusively use 100% recyclable materials for each component of our hampers and letterboxes (box, protective filling, and packaging tape).

    Everything that’s not a delicious vegan snack is fully kerbside recyclable, so simply take out the goods and sort the rest in the recycling bins.

  • Yes to all of the above. We offer a 7-day return policy if you’re not satisfied with your order for any reason. To see the conditions that must be met to receive a full refund, head to our Shipping & Returns page.

Products & Brands

  • First and foremost, the products have to be both delicious and 100% plant-based (obviously).

    After that, we prefer to include products from brands which have and maintain great ethical and sustainability practices, including ones with responsible supply chains and recyclable packaging. Additionally, we prefer independent and home-grown companies over large conglomerates with questionable ethics and sustainability records. We also love brands and products that make an effort to offer healthier or additionally nutritional alternatives to their non-vegan counterparts.

    …But most of all, they gotta be delicious!

  • We want our offerings to evolve alongside the exciting developments of the vegan product market, so yes! We update our existing line of hampers and letterboxes, and add new ones regularly to include the hottest, most beloved, most convincing vegan snacks and treats based on community feedback.

  • Absolutely. Imagine not getting what you’ve paid for and been promised? That’s not how we roll.

    If we are unexpectedly out of stock on a certain item (as can occasionally happen due to unforseen circumstances), we will inform you straight away so you can decide whether to wait for the next shipment of goods, or approve a possible replacement of equal or greater value and deliciousness
