Delivery partners, fulfilment, and shipping
We understand that personal experiences with shipping providers varies from household to household.
Accordingly, we offer a range of shipping providers and services to allow you to shop according to your preferences and budget when it comes to delivery.
You can choose from either DPD, Evri, or Royal Mail based on your intended shipping address, preferred courier, and budget.
We’ll fulfil your order the same day if you order before 10am Monday to Saturday. If you order after the same-day fulfilment window, your order will be included in the following day’s fulfilment round.
To track your parcel, go to the tracking page of your selected courier’s website and enter the tracking number we included in your fulfilment notification email in the ‘Order Summary’ section.
For support and advice regarding your delivery, please contact the relevant delivery partner directly as a first course of action, as they are better positioned to offer detailed information regarding the whereabouts of the order than us once it’s left our fulfilment centre.

Shipping areas and regions
We offer a standard and next-day delivery service to all mainland UK addresses, and a 1st class service for British Islands (e.g Guernsey) and Ireland addresses.

Returns and refunds
If you changed your mind about an order for whatever reason, you’re welcome to request a return and are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of your order landing.
We must receive the goods back to us in order to accept your return, at which point your total order cost will be immediately processed back to you. You can do this most easily by rejecting the parcel at the door, after which it will be automatically returned to us. Alternatively, we can send a prepaid returns label at your request to return the parcel yourself.
Email hello@myveganhamper.co.uk with the subject ‘Return’, detailing the reasons for your request.
All products must be included, unopened and undamaged.
If your order arrives with missing, severely damaged, or spoiled products, we can also send out replacements or partial refunds, whichever you prefer. You must support your claim with pictures within 24 hours of receiving your hamper.
